AlTiSS has developed premium mechanical/threaded connections which are designed for use with specialty materials such as titanium alloys and other specialty materials.  These connections provide very high tensile strength while at the same time provide a great deal of fatigue resistance.   For this reason, the AlTiSS connections may be a very interesting alternative to welding when connecting shafts or tubes.

Our premium connections have gone through rigorous make/break tests as well as tension and torsion testing to insure integrity.   Furthermore, when used with high strength titanium alloys, they have exceeded the fatigue performance of currently available  connections on the market.
